Blue House Gardens

In response to a critical need within Colchester, CFT Care is delighted to offer our new scheme, Blue House gardens, a stunning new development of four identical two/three bedroom detached bungalows situated within a recessed position on the north-western outskirts of Clacton’s town centre.

Blue House Gardens offers four bungalows with a variety of spacious and well appointed accommodation which has been finished to a high specification throughout, featuring three bedrooms, one large wet room with toilet, one large bathroom with toilet, generous communal spaces including kitchen and sitting/living room together with 2 car park spaces per unit and good sized gardens to the rear.

Our four new bungalows at Blue House Gardens will serve as homes for adults aged 18-65 facing multiple complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, challenging behavior, and mental health issues.

Our primary goal is to support their transition from secure hospital & residential settings into stable, long-term residences. Through tailored care and comprehensive support services, we aim to empower these individuals to lead more fulfilling lives while fostering independence and community integration.
